Messages are not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is legally required. Information entered on an outside site is governed by that site's notice, not this one. Public availability of a government record does not make information submitted privately to a search provider part of this site's records.
Retention and Security
Information is kept only as reasonably needed for the uses described, legal duties, dispute handling, and system protection. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no website, network, or storage method can promise complete security. Visitors accept the ordinary risks of internet transmission.
Users Under Eighteen
The service is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. The site does not knowingly collect personal information from a minor. A parent or guardian who believes a minor submitted information may use the Contact Us page to request deletion.
